Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when and how you can cancel an order, return a product, and receive a refund.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to orders placed on the SVN Bazaar platform, operated by SVN Ayurveda Private Limited, and should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
1. Order Cancellation
- You may request to cancel an order before it has been dispatched. Once an order is dispatched, it generally cannot be cancelled, but you may be able to return it as described below.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other valid reasons. If we cancel a prepaid order, you will receive a full refund.
2. Returns & Replacements
- Eligible products may be returned or replaced within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all seals, tags, and accessories intact.
- To request a return or replacement, contact us at support@svnbazaar.com with your order ID and reason within the eligible window.
- Returns are subject to inspection. We may decline a return that does not meet the eligibility conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For reasons of hygiene, safety, and product integrity, certain items may not be eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to opened or used personal-care, wellness, ayurvedic, or consumable products, and items marked as non-returnable on the product page. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are always eligible for resolution (see Section 4).
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@svnbazaar.com with your order ID and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
5. Refunds
- Once a return is received and inspected, or a cancellation/refund is approved, we will initiate your refund.
- Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days of approval. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method or, where applicable and with your consent, to your SVN Bazaar wallet.
- Shipping charges (if any) may be non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective product.
6. Impact on Rewards & Business Volume (BV)
Where an order that earned business volume (BV) or rewards is cancelled or returned, the corresponding BV, rewards, or wallet credits may be reversed or adjusted accordingly, in line with our rewards programme rules and Terms & Conditions.
