Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use the SVN Bazaar website and mobile application. Please read it carefully.
This Privacy Policy applies to the SVN Bazaar platform (the “Platform”), comprising our website and mobile applications, operated by and powered by SVN Ayurveda Private Limited (“SVN Bazaar”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, as applicable in India.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
a. Information you provide to us
- Account & identity data: name, mobile number, email address, password, and your unique user ID and sponsor ID when you register.
- KYC & verification data: where required for payouts, rewards, or regulatory compliance, we may collect identity and address verification details.
- Delivery information: shipping address, city, district, state, pincode, and contact details.
- Transaction & financial data: order history, wallet balance, business volume (BV), payout details, and a transaction PIN (TPIN) which you set to authorize sensitive actions.
b. Information collected automatically
- Device & usage data: device identifier, app version, IP address, browser type, operating system, and pages or screens viewed.
- Cookies & similar technologies: used to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and understand how the Platform is used.
c. Information from third parties
- Payment confirmation and status from our payment gateway partners.
- Location lookups (e.g. resolving city/state from a pincode) from public postal services.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Create and manage your account and authenticate you securely.
- Process orders, payments, deliveries, and returns.
- Calculate and administer business volume (BV), rewards, and wallet payouts associated with your account and your network.
- Verify your identity (KYC) where required by law or for payouts.
- Communicate with you about orders, account activity, support requests, and important service updates.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
- Improve and personalise the Platform and your experience.
We process your personal data based on your consent, the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate business interests, and compliance with applicable law. You may withdraw your consent at any time as described in Section 7.
3. Payments
Payments on the Platform are processed by third-party payment gateway providers (such as Razorpay). We do not store your full card numbers, UPI PIN, or banking credentials on our servers. Your payment information is handled by the payment provider in accordance with their own privacy policy and applicable payment-industry security standards. We receive only the transaction status and a transaction reference.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only as necessary and with appropriate safeguards, including with:
- Service providers: payment gateways, logistics and delivery partners, cloud hosting, SMS/WhatsApp and email providers, and analytics providers, strictly to perform services for us.
- Within your network, in limited form: where our rewards/BV programme requires, limited account information (such as name, user ID, and rank) may be visible to your sponsor or upline as part of administering the programme.
- Legal & regulatory authorities: when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Platform. We may retain certain information for longer where required to comply with legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. When data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it.
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and a transaction PIN (TPIN) for sensitive actions. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your password and TPIN confidential and do not share them with anyone.
7. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request erasure of your personal data.
- Withdraw consent to processing.
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.
- Raise a grievance with us (see Section 11).

8. Account & Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time through our dedicated account deletion page, by emailing support@svnbazaar.com from your registered email address, or by using the account deletion option within the app. Upon a verified request, we will delete or anonymise your personal data, except for information we are required or permitted to retain under applicable law (such as transaction records for tax and regulatory purposes). Certain rewards or wallet balances may be subject to settlement or forfeiture in accordance with our Terms.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
10. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Platform, keep you signed in, remember your cart and preferences, and analyse usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may affect how the Platform functions.

Material changes may be notified to you through the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
