What is a Sponsor ID and do I need one to register?

A Sponsor ID identifies the member who referred you. When you register, we verify the Sponsor ID and show you the sponsor's name so you know it's correct. It links you into the rewards network.

Is registration free?

Yes, creating an account is free. Certain rewards and rank benefits may require qualifying purchases or business volume as described in our plan, but signing up costs nothing.

What is a TPIN and why do I need one?

Your TPIN is a 4-digit transaction PIN you set during registration. It's required to authorize sensitive actions like placing an order or requesting a payout, adding an extra layer of security beyond your password. Keep it private and never share it.

How do I change my password?

What is Business Volume (BV)?

BV is the value assigned to products for the rewards programme. Your purchases (and, where applicable, your team's) accumulate BV, which determines your rank progress and reward eligibility.

How do I earn rewards?

Rewards come from genuine product sales — for example a self-purchase bonus on your own orders, monthly reward milestones as your BV grows, booster and consistency bonuses for staying active, and leadership bonuses for higher ranks. There's no requirement to recruit anyone.
